About the Role
As a co-founder of the company, you would play an integral role in developing and defining the company’s vision and roadmap towards the future of AI, 3D and XR.
You’ll be building the technical foundations and helping to develop and scale the company. That means working alongside the other co-founders to make key product decisions, engaging with early users, hiring and mentoring the engineering team, and representing the company with partners, investors, and the wider community.
You’ll be hands-on, helping to build an AI-native, no-code content creation platform for both existing and the coming wave of extended reality devices.

Experience:

Experience in AI/ML-driven content generation

Background in 3D graphics or game development

Deep technical expertise - Proven ability to build and ship products

Leadership & product vision - Experience shaping products from concept to launch
Skills:

Advanced graphics & rendering expertise

Comfortable working with AI agent frameworks and tool orchestration

Building modular systems, custom tooling, and scalable asset pipelines

Curiosity and a willingness to learn and experiment
Nice to Have:

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Machine Learning, Robotics or related technical field.

XR development experience

Knowledge of web-based 3D frameworks

3D asset pipelines utilising AI agents
